Sorting and Rework Services

OrcaQS provides sorting and rework services during pre-production, production process and post-production with the best possible technology. If the parts are repairable OrcaQS provides Rework and Reflashing services with utmost care.

Quality Firewalls

OrcaQS creates quality firewalls in accordance with the quality standards of customer or OEM during pre-production or production process to deliver the parts with utmost care.

Recall Services

Logistics Services & PSS ( Part Sending Services )

If the parts are accepted as NOK in plants OrcaQS sends the parts back to the customers for analyzing.

If the parts are repairable our quality inspectors repair them with utmost care and send them to the assembly line, if the parts are replaceable our operators replace them with the new ones that are send by the customers.

OrcaQS may take the machines which are used during inspection process from the customers and deliver them to the plants.

Pre-Shipment Controls
